Change & drink water!

Sauna for up to 20 minutes
Get out and breathe

Cool / wash off in the sea or refresh in the open air
STEP 4
Get back in the Sauna for up to 20 minutes, douse sauna stones w/ aromatic water
Use aromatic exfoliating salts on your skin
Get out & whisk your skin w/ seaweed
Drink an ice-cold shot of foraged aquavit
Jump into the sea or refresh in the open air
STEP 5
Potentially repeat sauna & cooling process
STEP 6
Enjoy your post sauna sensations w/ a delicious seaweed gin and tonic
STEP 7
Get changed perhaps?
Sit around our oak wood fired table, relax & read
STEP 8
Eat a foraged and delicious foraged coastal meal
