GREENHOUSE FEASTS
For this project we commandeered the use of a 50ft greenhouse within a community growing initiative to stage a series of large feasts, showcasing the fruits and vegetables grown within the project.
FEASTS ON THE TUBE
For this project we cooked a feast on the tube carriage transplanted onto Deptford High Street. Four courses, cocktails and live musicians made for an amazing series of meals over the course of 12 months.
SOUTH EAST CHRISTMAS FEAST 1
Guests were greeted with a boozy festive cocktail, before being seated to a bountiful three-course sharing feast. Delicious whole-roasted, spiced vegetables, delicately cured fish, wild and sustainably-sourced meats were accompanied by fresh salads, pickles and our signature flatbreads. An irresistible sweet finish, homemade nightcap and chocolate truffles concluded the meal.
