FULL OF BACTERIA YOU SAY?

Our guts are lined with trillions of bacteria that play an important role in our health. Lactobacilli are very good for it and they produce lactic acid which may inhibit harmful bacteria colonising whilst enabling beneficial species to thrive. A diverse gut ensures mental, physical & genetic health. We have had our drinks tested in a lab and can confirm they are full to bursting (95%) with living lactic acid bacteria strains

IS THIS KOMBUCHA?

No. Our sodas share a similar process but ours contains neither caffine nor a strong vinegary flavour. Our soda starter culture produces a delicious tasting drink, like an incredible fizzy lemonade, with a mouthwatering sourness

DOES IT CONTAIN ALCOHOL?

As our drink is wild fermented and not pasteurised, a tiny amount of alcohol may be present as a result of fermentation. At the point of bottling it is less that <0.5, which is nominal

SELF LIFE / STORAGE

Our products must be kept in the fridge or below 10 degrees celsius and we advise they be used within a month of opening. They will continue to ferment, gradually increasing in sourness

We have been in around since 2011 and work closely with small local suppliers, are UK living wage employer and work hard to ensure our business operates as ethically as possible

We deliver across Kent on Wednesdays from 8.00am – 12.00pm and across SE  London on Saturdays from 3.00pm – 6.00pm
