We are a small catering company of passionate cooks using the best local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients. We cater for all manner of events, run a weekly pop-up restaurant and operate a number of market stalls across London. Expect to stumble across things we have smoked, cured, preserved and foraged for. Menus change weekly reflecting what we manage to scout at the market.

Ruptured and wrinkled is what we want and the ice crystals do a fine job of inducing these traits. Dense and sporadic in population, more than likely within eye shot of most kitchen windows.  Large, slender, bulbous, stout and rouge. Strawberry, lychee, raspberry, mango, guava, apple, orange, surprise is inevitably evoked. Walls will be climbed....
